My favorite part was the group discussions. I really enjoyed listening to what everyone had to say and identifying with something that was said. I can't imagine not doing this in a group discussion like we did. Maureen's responses to not only my feedback but also to others resonated with me. We got to listen to her expert advice in a group setting which was very helpful.

Maureen does a great job of synthesizing the challenges of leadership with the challenges of recovery in an interesting and entertaining package. Her content is very relevant for those who are trying to navigate the complex world of leadership while remaining grounded in their recovery.

My advice to someone who is trying to decide if they should take the course: Take the time to invest in yourself. The course is well thought out and takes you step by step to examine your beliefs, why you have limiting beliefs and how to change them to positively improve your thought and decision-making processes.

Great guidance in leadership training by Maureen. With the difference in personality types within our organization, Maureen was able to help our leaders identify certain traits in others to improve interpersonal communications resulting in a more efficient operation.
