What I Do Not Treat
It’s important for me to be clear about who I will and will not treat in my practice.
I do not provide hypnotherapy for:
- Depression
- PTSD
- Childhood sexual abuse
- Diagnosed mental illnesses or trauma-related disorders
If you are dealing with these concerns, I strongly encourage working with a licensed mental health professional or clinical hypnotherapist who specializes in those areas.
What a Zoom Session Looks Like
Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are simple, safe, and surprisingly relaxing. We’ll book a 90-minute session and a 30-minute follow-up if needed.
Here’s how it works:
- We talk first.
You’ll come ready to discuss what you want to work on, what you’ve already tried, and what hasn’t worked. In fact, I’ll have you fill out a form first so you can get your thoughts in order. - We get clear on the goal.
You can describe where you want to be and what “success” will look like for you. - Guided hypnosis.
I guide you into a relaxed trance state—light or deep, it doesn’t matter. Your unconscious mind is always listening. - You are always aware and in control.
You hear everything I say, can move or speak if you want, and can come out of trance at any time. This is not sleep—it’s focused relaxation.
Most people describe it as similar to deep meditation or being absorbed in a good book.

To book a hypnotherapy session, we first need your signed consent form and a completed intake form.
This helps us prepare properly and confirm whether hypnotherapy is the right fit for your goals.
