Contract for VIP Coaching.
You agree that you are entering into a contract with Maureen Ross Gemme of Emerge Leadership Academy, LLC. This agreement between Maureen Ross Gemme (referred to in this document as “ the coach”) and yourself, (referred to as “the client”), begins when both parties agree and will continue for 12 sessions over a 4-6 month period.
Confidentiality.
Maureen Ross Gemme, the coach, promises the client that all information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential. We will be discussing explicit and specific personal information. I respect the client’s willingness to be truthful and will treat this information with the utmost confidentiality. In return, the client will also respect the privacy of the coach. By participating in the program, you agree that you will not disclose to other parties or use any proprietary materials acquired by you through the program for any purpose whatsoever outside of the program and that all confidential material and information revealed to you is and remains the sole intellectual property of the coach, Maureen Ross Gemme.
Throughout our client/coach partnership, we will continue to engage in very direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach, to be honest, and direct, asking questions and making requests. The purpose of our interactions is to forward the client’s life action plan and to deepen their learning about themselves and how to create what they want. The client firmly understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client, and they agree to do just that. Should the client determine that the coaching process is not working as desired, they will communicate and act as needed. The client has the power in deciding how deep they are willing to go.
Financial Responsibility.
You represent to Maureen Ross Gemme that payment of your tuition will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired in the coaching program, and their consequences, are your sole responsibility.
Fees/Payment.
The investment for this VIP package is $2,200 and can be paid with a credit card on our secured payment site. A link will be provided. The activation fee is $550, with three more $550 monthly payments or you may pay in full at the time of enrollment.
If you are only buying the program without coaching, the cost is $350 and one coaching call will be provided to you after you take the online personality type assessment.
Disclaimer.
Maureen Ross Gemme is not a licensed therapist or psychologist. Coaching, which is not therapy or counseling, may address specific personal circumstances, business or relationship successes or issues, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. This includes values clarification, brainstorming, identifying patterns, and plans of action, examining modes of operating and thinking, asking clarifying questions, and making powerful requests. The client may be given unique personal growth assignments to stretch past their comfort zone and examine behavior patterns and beliefs as well as internal and external motivators. The coach has made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. However, everyone’s success depends on many factors, including background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the goals with which the client is engaged
Termination.
The coach is committed to providing you with a positive and productive experience. If you find that you are unwilling to move forward and continue with the program at any time after payment is received, you may certainly choose to terminate the engagement but no refunds will be made.
Governing Law.
This contract shall be construed by and governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and any action brought under this contract will be filed in the County of Hartford. By entering into this contract, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Connecticut about any action which arises out of this contract.
Certification.
You certify that you are not taking prescription anti-psychotic pharmaceuticals and that if under the care of the therapist, you have their permission to participate in a program involving life review exercises.
VIP Program Content.
- 12 one-hour coaching sessions (2 or 3 per month) will be provided by the coach to the client on Zoom.
- 20-page Everything DiSC personality assessment
- Unlimited Email and texting privileges (with a promise of a 24-hour turnaround response if not sooner)
- Occasional “SOS” calls as needed.
- The client will also receive video and worksheet homework to be completed in between sessions as appropriate using Google Drive. The homework will provide ongoing education and the tools needed to create lasting changes in your life. Our sessions can be spent discussing the coursework and/or your goals. Your decision to practice and take action to use the tools provided is the key to your long-term success.
Meeting Schedule Changes.
The client agrees to provide 24-hour notice of a cancellation of any scheduled appointment or risk forfeiture of the session. The 12-session coaching package is to be completed within a 4 to 6-month timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon. Sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between 8 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon – Fri.) There may be times when the coach may need to reschedule a session in which case the client will be consulted, and a mutually agreed-upon date/time will be chosen.
Course Materials.
The client will receive detailed email instructions on how to access the videos and worksheet assignments.
