Change is always the theme for the beginning of a new year. Welcome to 2019!
But honestly, my whole life theme is about change. I thrive on change. I love to see positive changes happen in the life of those around me because it gives us humans, cause to celebrate.
Growth and expansion makes life so fun. And it doesn’t have to be hard! But when it feels hard, and we are struggling with something, anything, it’s a good reminder that it’s all happening for our highest good.
When you live with that belief, that everything that happens is for our highest good, it calms the mind and the heart. It builds your faith and trust muscles.
I’m sure all of you can think of difficult periods in your life that was very painful to go through but you came out stronger on the other side. You grew and expanded.
