Agile EQ: Understanding Self and Others Workshop
The more volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous or working environments become, the more critical a truly agile workforce to succeed.
Each day we’re called on to make faster progress, while pivoting on short notice. We are called to stand firm in our ideas while remaining open to new perspectives.
Staying agile demands that we develop and use our emotional intelligence (EQ) with a new level of sophistication that we’ve never demanded before. Sound daunting? It doesn’t have to be.
We have Everything DiSC Agile EQ, a classroom training and personalized learning experience that teaches managers and individual contributors alike to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.
By combining the insight of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, you will discover a flexible approach to workplace interactions, whether onsite or remote and learn to navigate outside your comfort zone, empowering you to meet the demands of any situation.
This workshop is for managers, teams and/or individual contributors at all levels in the organization.
Participants will take a 20 minute Everything DiSC Agile EQ assessment online and receive a detailed report in class. Plus participants will have access to the Catalyst Platform online which will be reviewed in class as well.
Discover the instinctive mindsets that shape your responses and interactions
Recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to you
Take action to become more flexible in your approach in social and emotional situations – this is a game changer!
The result is that you will become more emotionally intelligent so you can thrive at work in this uncertain landscape we are in.
It’s a small investment with huge rewards when you apply what you learn in this class.
